spektrum 2ch versus 3 channel

Hi,

Do you guys think there is any real advantage of getting the 3-channel Spektrum DX3 or is the 2-channel enough for a RC car/truck?

The price difference seems to be around $50....

I personally bought the 3-channel version, I'm not actually using the 3rd channel just yet though but I could possibly use it if I get the brake upgrade on my FG MB (that's FG Monster Beetle Pro), other than that the 2 channel radio would have been fine.

I actually dropped the revese from my Revo, so I grabbed the 2 channel. Unless you have something other than the throttle/brake and steering, there is no need for a third channel.
